The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 616 out of 1,154 passed the Social Worker Licensure Examination given this June 2008.

Congratulations to the 100 OFW beneficiaries who passed the OWWA Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) exam for 2008. The EDSP is OWWA’s Baccalaureate Scholarship Program for OFW dependents who wants to take 4 to 5 years college courses.

OWWA EDSP scholars are entitled to receive P30,000 per semester for any 4 to 5 year degree course.
